World Cancer Day

World Cancer Day is an initiative started by the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC), the largest and oldest international cancer organisation.

The theme for this years World Cancer Day is “Close the Care Gap” and is all about raising awareness of the equity gap that affects almost everyone, in high as well as low- and middle-income countries.
