Our May care worker of the month is Sophie!
Sophie has worked for us for nearly 2 and a half years and in the last couple of months, her professional development has been outstanding. She is a reliable, valuable member of our Huyton team and has brilliant relationships with our clients. She always goes above and beyond for them.
She has recently stepped up and is providing support for a new gentleman who has come to us from another care provider. She has quickly built a strong relationship and played a major part in supporting a smooth transition. Thank you Sophie and well done!
